All qaidah ushul above clearly contrary to the concept of Pareto optimal solution that does not recognize any of the demands sacrifice of a small group (the rich) to improve the welfare of the many (poor people). Therefore, this concept under any circumstances, may not get a high position in the paradigm of welfare economics of sharia, such as that to obtain the economic welfare of the conventional (Chapra, 2001:59).
